Shocolate’s macarons are made preservative free, gluten free and are completely free of artificial flavours. Our Chefs who have all been schooled in Europe are able to bring you an Australian made macaron that is as delicate and delicious as those you would find in Paris.
The centres of our delicately made biscuits ooze in almond meal making the perfect balance for our shiny and crispy outer shell. The ganache centres are made in the same kitchen as our awarded enrobed chocolates are created, therefore the ganaches are given the same level of care made fresh and bursting with flavour. We cater for small and large orders. Shocolate has been awarded Melbourne best chocolate macaron, when it contains chocolate we know how to perfect it!
